Welcome to us! 1 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES You work in pairs with a physiotherapist at patients' homes. The target group is people over 18 years old, although you primarily meet older adults, and we offer services at primary care level. Together you find holistic solutions that strengthen the individual's independence in everyday life. If you have a holistic perspective, see people's potential, and want to mentor nursing assistants in a rehabilitation-oriented approach, you've come to the right place. You work in a team in a geographic area and collaborate with physiotherapists, nurses, case managers, and colleagues in home care services. To allow you as a licensed therapist to focus on what you do best, we have rehab assistants who help you with administration, prescribed training, and assistive device fittings. We also have aides who handle vehicles and our assistive equipment storage. QUALIFICATIONS For us, personality and attitude are more important than experience as an occupational therapist. You have a genuine interest in people and their health. We are looking for someone who is attentive, flexible, confident, and good at collaborating with other professionals. As a person, you are responsible, organized, and easily see the bigger picture. Of course, you are a licensed occupational therapist or will complete your education during this term. If you have worked in municipal care, you have a slight advantage. Perhaps not as an occupational therapist, but in another role or during your practicum. You also need a Class B driver's license.
