Then perhaps you are the one we are looking for to join our newly established development area in Kramfors Municipality starting autumn 2025. The development area focuses on collaboration between the Welfare Administration's activities in healthcare, functional support, and child and family welfare services. People in the target group may need support in the form of structure in daily life, help creating and maintaining routines, emotional support, and help managing social contacts. We see that preventive and proactive health work is important, and as demographic development progresses, early interventions become increasingly important to prevent illness. Within healthcare, it is also important to constantly develop existing work methods and to participate in the development of, for example, digital tools and other smart functions. With the people of Kramfors at the center, we want to develop a work method where we increasingly utilize each individual's abilities and work to strengthen them for increased sense of independence, participation, and quality of life. Our occupational therapist in this development work will be on parental leave, which is why we are now seeking another star who will both continue developing the initiated development work and drive forward in the coming steps. 1 position(s). DUTIES The parts initiated in autumn 2025 include activity assessments and rehabilitative/habilitative measures for applications for services within social psychiatry and the Act on Special Support and Services for Certain People with Disabilities (LSS). The upcoming development area includes activity and work assessments as support for implementing activity requirements, and this role will be important for driving the development forward. You will: • Assess activity capacity for people applying for the above services. • Implement occupational therapy measures to increase the individual's independence. • Assess needs, trial and prescribe assistive devices. Work with us is varied and diverse as no day is like another, and your workplace for the day depends on the patient's home. The work involves considerable freedom to independently plan and organize your work. With us, you will receive an individually tailored introduction. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are a licensed occupational therapist. You have experience working with people with intellectual disabilities and/or mental health issues. You are a responsible problem solver and have a commitment to driving and developing work methods. You are structured, have good communication skills, and strong knowledge of the Swedish language. Previous experience working with providing individuals with structure in daily life, help creating and maintaining routines, emotional support, and help managing social contacts is a merit. Previous experience participating in development work is also a merit. To thrive in the role, you need to be able to work independently while being flexible and adaptable as the work method develops. B-driver's license for manual transmission is a requirement. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Employment form: Permanent employment. Duration: Permanent.
