Stockholms sjukhem offers acute geriatric inpatient care in Bromma and on Kungsholmen. Care is provided by multiprofessional teams in close collaboration between staff, patients, and family members. Together we develop ambitious, high-quality, and sustainable rehabilitation interventions with the individual at the center. About the Occupational Therapist Role As an occupational therapist with us, you will be offered varied work in a stimulating environment where you meet patients with different diagnoses. Your responsibilities include: assessment and mapping of activity and mobility capacity individual training and follow-up monitoring of ADL capacity and testing and prescribing assistive devices We work as a team and closely with other colleagues such as physiotherapists, dietitians, social workers, and speech-language pathologists, as well as nursing staff and physicians. We work with the TakeCare medical record system. This is a full-time position, permanent with weekend duty every ninth Saturday. We apply individual salary setting and probationary employment.
