JOB DUTIES The rehabilitation team operates from the central location Stugun, with placement at Bergegården SÄBO. We work with SÄBO and home healthcare at three locations in the municipality. As part of the rehabilitation team, you will collaborate with physiotherapists, district nurses, nurses, nursing staff, benefits officers, and unit managers, among others. The work involves home visits in both ordinary housing and special housing. To gain a comprehensive view of the person and their life situation, we aim for the occupational therapist and physiotherapist to conduct joint home visits and assessments. We discuss in the team regarding any interventions to ensure we work toward the same goals and avoid counterproductive measures. In addition to patient care, supervision, instruction, education, and information to nursing staff and next of kin/relatives are part of your duties. We have a health-promoting, preventive, and rehabilitative approach to increase the possibility of an active life with good quality of life based on each individual's own conditions/resources. You have your own influence on how to structure your workdays in consultation with colleagues. Working hours are 8–17 Monday–Friday with flexibility options.
