REHABILITATION SERVICES WORKPLACE As a licensed occupational therapist/physical therapist, you will be part of the Individual and Care Services Department. DUTIES AND QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for a licensed occupational therapist/physical therapist who wants to work in municipal services, work in a team, and be part of developing rehabilitation. We offer you meaningful and stimulating work together with a work group that has extensive experience and broad knowledge. The work group consists of occupational therapists, physical therapists, rehabilitation assistants, nursing assistants, and assistive device technicians. We see personal competence development/training as a natural part of the continuous quality assurance we strive for. An individual competence plan will be established for you. As an occupational therapist/physical therapist, you create conditions together with the rest of the team for individuals to live as active and independent lives as possible based on a person-centered approach. The rehabilitation team is responsible for rehabilitation services in both specialized and regular housing, in short-term accommodation, and within LSS/Social Psychiatry. We have developed training activities with rehabilitation assistants and licensed staff distributed across different responsibility areas. You are responsible for assessment, training, treatment, and assistive device prescriptions. Your duties also include initiating, participating in, and conducting systematic quality and development work as well as supervising staff and relatives. Collaboration both internally and externally is central. As an occupational therapist/physical therapist, you are part of a team around the individual and collaborate with occupational therapists, physical therapists, rehabilitation assistants, nurses, benefits officers, and care staff. You have a good ability to work both independently and in a team and are a carrier of a positive work environment. You are engaged, flexible, attentive, communicative, and have good interpersonal skills. A driver's license with category B authorization is a requirement. You must be a licensed occupational therapist/physical therapist, have good ability to express yourself in speech and writing, and have good computer skills. Great importance is placed on personal suitability. Experience in municipal rehabilitation is a merit. SALARY We apply individual salary setting; please state your salary expectations.
