WORK TASKS The rehabilitation team is based at the central location Bispgården, with placement at Nipängen SÄBO. We work with SÄBO and home care services at three locations in the municipality. As part of the rehabilitation team, you will collaborate with, among others, physiotherapists, district nurses, nurses, care staff, benefits administrators, and unit managers. The work includes home visits in both ordinary housing and special housing. To get a comprehensive picture of the person and their life situation, we strive for the occupational therapist and physiotherapist to conduct joint home visits and assessments. We discuss in the team regarding any interventions to ensure we work toward the same goals and avoid counterproductive measures. In addition to patient work, your tasks include mentoring, instruction, education, and information for care staff and relatives/family members. We have a health-promoting, preventive, and rehabilitative approach and way of working to increase opportunities for an active life with good quality of life based on the individual's own conditions and resources. We can offer you participation and influence in the group's development with room to grow in your professional role and as an individual. You have your own influence on shaping your work days in consultation with colleagues. Working hours are 8-17 Monday-Friday with the possibility of flexibility. Health and wellness contributions or wellness hours are offered, as well as participation in the Good and Close Care project together with the Health Center.
