We are looking for someone who is a licensed occupational therapist and motivated by seeing people develop! Your work will be carried out within the framework of the "Steps to Work" program, where a group of participants receives, among other things, practical guidance and labor market knowledge through both individual consultations and group activities. Your main responsibilities Coordinate and conduct work capacity assessments Guide participants toward a suitable career path and help them find appropriate work trials/workplaces Handle administrative work related to the assignment Contribute to the development of the program and its methods Create a positive experience for participants and contribute to well-being and motivation We are looking for someone who Is a licensed occupational therapist Has competence in working with occupational therapy instruments: MOHOST, DOA, WRI, AWC, AWP Has strong labor market knowledge and local familiarity Has excellent Swedish in both speech and writing Is organized, empathetic, and goal-oriented We offer New exciting challenges every day Wonderful and helpful colleagues High trust in employees' competence and abilities An open workplace with a relaxed atmosphere and good collaboration An opportunity to make a difference for people At Arbetslivsresurs, we help people find paths to new employment.
