About the job We're looking for you who love food, people, and sales and want to be part of our great team at Willys Hemma Hönö Entré! The job is simply about helping our customers shop for good and sustainable food at really good prices. The position involves: Temporary full-time work over a two-year period. Start date: 2026-08-10 or by agreement. Working hours: You will alternate between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends. Requirements: Upper secondary education, good Swedish language skills (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but in accordance with the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not hire people under 18 years of age due to the nature of the work tasks. Previous experience in leadership roles is a merit. Here's a bit more about the job: You are part of the store's management team and have, together with the store manager, overall responsibility for the store. Of course, you also participate in the daily operational store work. You work goal-oriented to develop the store's sales, profitability, and other important key figures. You also contribute to developing and following up on the store's business plan. You manage employees in the store team and help your colleagues develop and perform to their full potential. You are a role model in meeting our customers with knowledge, sensitivity, and a big smile. You have overall responsibility for the store when the store manager is not present.
