As a site foreman for ground operations, you have a key role in the daily work on-site in a project-based position where you work on projects throughout Norrbotten. You are responsible for coordinating the daily work and driving progress where projects are underway, with a focus on safety, quality, and structure. Responsibilities Plan, lead, and allocate daily work within the assigned area and ensure production progress. Monitor schedules and ensure work is performed correctly and with high quality. Coordinate skilled workers and subcontractors and maintain close dialogue with the site manager. Work actively with workplace environment and safety in daily operations. Requirements for the position: Experience from ground operations, construction, or civil engineering. B-class driver's license. Good computer skills and ability to work systematically. Merits: Construction technical education or equivalent experience. Ability to communicate in English verbally.
