JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • Coordinate, plan, and follow up on operations and maintenance work • Coordinate daily operational work • Exercise trust-based and present leadership • Ensure that facilities are operated safely, efficiently, and in an environmentally sustainable manner • Support systematic occupational health and safety work (SAM) • Plan and follow up on minor investments and improvement measures • Work with documentation, reporting, scheduling, and follow-up • Participate in procurement and collaborate with contractors and authorities • Be involved in business development and improvement work • Manage health, safety, and security matters • Introduce new employees and participate in employee development QUALIFICATIONS • You are a confident leader who creates engagement and participation • You have the ability to coach and develop employees • You communicate clearly and build strong relationships • You thrive in a collaborative role with many contacts • You contribute to a good work environment and strong team spirit • Relevant technical education or equivalent experience in water and wastewater treatment • Experience in operations supervision or a leading role, preferably within municipal operations • Ability to work in a structured, independent, and planned manner • Several years of experience in municipal water and wastewater services • Good administrative skills and familiarity with digital systems • An inclusive and collaborative approach to work • Good knowledge of occupational health and safety work (SAM) and applicable regulations • Experience in workshop or repair work (preferred) • Knowledge of welding techniques and mechanical maintenance (preferred) • You work according to a clear process. You organize and plan your work well, complete what you start, and meet deadlines. • You set high goals for yourself and work hard and ambitiously to achieve them. Do what is required for good results. • You handle stress constructively and maintain a good attitude under pressure and setbacks. • You are confident in uncertain situations and stand up for your opinions.
