Are you an experienced work supervisor with a passion for working on large projects? We are expanding and are now seeking driven work supervisors for an exciting project in Sandviken! Responsibilities: Assist the Site Manager in ongoing work and follow up on the project in all parts of the production process: start, implementation, and completion. Ensure that projects are carried out according to customer expectations regarding technical execution, quality, environment, work environment, laws, and agreements. Drive workplace environment matters at work sites according to the company's goals and action plans. Participate in establishing and monitoring schedules. Assist with work preparation together with project personnel. Approve time reports for own staff. Contribute to ensuring that calculations and bids comply with the decision-making process and profitability targets. Establish production budgets, review invoices, and economic reports. Responsible for financial reconciliation of projects together with the Site Manager. Participate in bids and business closures, project reviews, building meetings, and final meetings with clients. Optimally allocate resources within projects and assignments. Participate in project closure according to applicable procedures and experience feedback within the site organization. Qualifications: Several years of experience as a work supervisor in earthworks and civil engineering. Post-secondary education of at least two years is an advantage. Good knowledge of technology, production, and production economics. Experience with personnel responsibility and managing contract operations. Knowledge of the entire contract process within earthworks and civil engineering projects. Knowledge of IT tools. Swedish and English, spoken and written. Class B driver's license.
