Quality and service are your guiding principles! The position requires flexibility while you must be able to work in a structured manner with both employees and customers. You have overall responsibility for daily operations: -customer contact -quality inspections -upselling -schedule planning and staff management -deviation management (handle and follow up on deviations) -time reporting for payroll -ensure work quality and responsibility for the work environment Furthermore, you are fluent in Swedish in speech and writing and have good computer skills (especially the Microsoft Office suite). You possess social competence and communication skills to lead teams and engage customers, along with strong leadership qualities.
