Your assignment as work supervisor As a work supervisor in Rättvik, you will have a broad and engaging role. You will be an important supervisory function for our skilled workers and a coordinating contact for our contracted resources. You will work with varying operations and maintenance tasks within the Rättvik operations area. Primarily with field-level work supervision, planning of implementation, management and follow-up of work. You will also support the site manager in daily work such as customer contacts, digital monitoring, minor calculation work and administration. You will also be responsible for various projects and help bring in new customers and projects to the workplace. In your projects, you are responsible for execution and finances. Since our work is service-oriented, some of the operations are carried out in the evenings and at night, whereby summer and winter standby are included in the position. Winter standby work includes, for example, monitoring weather and calling out salt and plow units. Who are you? To be relevant for the position of work supervisor, you should have: Worked in the industry and have experience with operations and maintenance work or road and earthwork contracting Class B driver's license Very good computer skills and interest in digital working methods and processes Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written It is also a merit if you have: Previous work experience from a supervisory role Post-secondary education in construction and infrastructure Previous experience with standby duties and have worked evenings and nights As a work supervisor, it is important that you are driven, take initiative and like to find solutions when problems arise.
