Description Work Supervisor in an evolving operation. The activity offers people of working age who are far from the regular labor market meaningful employment. The operation strives to be as similar to a regular job as possible. Services are provided based on decisions made under LSS and Sol. In the operation, you work with people with various functional variations and social challenges. The operation shall promote equality in living conditions and participation in community life. The operation shall offer participants stimulation, development, and meaning in community with others. The operation works in close cooperation with the business community and other municipal activities. We value our partners highly and take significant shared responsibility for this collaboration. Responsibilities As a work supervisor, you should have a solution-focused approach and practical skills, as the work supervisor plans, arranges, and supports participants' work tasks. In the role of work supervisor, social and motivating competencies weigh equally as practical ones. Administrative tasks such as record documentation, invoicing for completed assignments, and medication delegation are also part of the role. Qualifications - Employment requires appropriate education at least at upper secondary level for the activity. Merits if it is an education with pedagogical focus. - You share our belief that everyone can and thus focus on a motivating, supportive, and empowering approach "Everyone can contribute". - You have a cheerful and positive attitude toward the assignment. - You have good physical fitness as the work involves heavy lifting. - We would like you to have experience working with target groups of people with disabilities and/or people far from the labor market. You find it easy to build trusting relationships with both participants and cooperation partners. Terms Agreement-based salary Working hours are Monday - Friday, daytime 100% B + BE driver's license is a requirement - manual transmission Meritorious if you have a driver's license for tractor and truck.
