We are now seeking an engaged work supervisor for Camp Nova, a daily activity service under the LSS (Act Concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments). WORK RESPONSIBILITIES As a work supervisor, you will support and guide participants with decisions about daily activities under LSS in their work and activities at Camp Nova. Together with the participants, you will plan, carry out, and follow up on work tasks based on individual schedules, goals, and interests. The work is varied and adapted to the participants' needs and wishes. You will work both in groups and individually with participants. In certain situations, the role involves providing more comprehensive individual support to participants, which requires safety, flexibility, and the ability to build trusting relationships. As a work supervisor, you are an important part of creating motivation, participation, and development. You contribute to participants having a meaningful, stimulating, and developmental day based on their own abilities. Working hours are scheduled for weekdays. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is trained as a recreational leader, caregiver, or has other pedagogical education that the employer deems relevant for the position. Furthermore, we see that you have work experience working with people within LSS, psychiatry, or other activities with a similar target group. You also have experience with low-affective interaction and hold a B driving license as the position involves activities with participants. It is a merit if you have knowledge of alternative and augmentative communication (AAC). You take responsibility for your work, adapt your working methods based on participants' needs, and can maintain calm and structure even in challenging situations. Duration: Permanent, start date: 2026-10-05 or by agreement.
