About the Role This is a key position for someone who loves being where the action happens - on the floor, close to guests, and in the heart of the team. You lead daily restaurant operations, ensure high-quality service delivery, and create memorable experiences for guests. You work both operatively and strategically with planning, structure, and service development. The role also includes responsibility for beverages as well as planning and executing events, conferences, and weddings. Your Responsibilities Lead and delegate work in service Scheduling and staffing planning Ensure efficient and smooth service flow Manage beverage orders and develop the selection Plan and execute events and weddings Ensure high levels of hospitality and guest experience We're Looking for Someone Who Has experience from restaurants, preferably in a leadership role Has solid knowledge of beverages (wine, beer, and/or cocktails) Is organized and confident in planning and scheduling Is passionate about service and creating experiences Leads through presence, energy, and engagement Requirements Driver's license and own car are a plus.
