Your Responsibilities As a construction/site worker with us, you will work on varying projects depending on your experience, skills, and profile. Tasks may include everything from earthwork and foundation work to water/sewage work, pipe laying, excavation, backfilling, and fine grading, as well as other construction site work. You will also prepare work areas, handle materials, coordinate with machine operators, and ensure that work is performed according to drawings, schedules, and applicable quality and safety requirements. Work is performed both independently and in teams with other skilled workers, where you are expected to be engaged, take responsibility, and contribute to an efficient and safe workflow on the job site. Example Tasks: - Earthwork and construction work - Excavation, grading, and backfilling - Pipe laying and water/sewage work (requires documented experience) - Preparatory and finishing work on projects - Blueprint reading and working to specifications (required) - Laser handling - Daytime work Your Profile We are looking for people with experience in earthwork and construction who enjoy working in a practical and physical work environment. Experience with water/sewage work is important. We would like you to be in good physical condition and enjoy active outdoor work in varying environments. The right attitude and positive mindset are very important, as the work often involves collaboration, problem-solving, and a fast pace. You need to be able to work both independently and in a team, and be responsible, thorough, and contribute to work being performed in a safe and efficient manner. Good communication skills in Swedish are required, as the work involves daily contact with colleagues, supervisors, and other trades on the job site. A Class B driver's license is required.
