As an LSS case manager with us, you work in an experienced team with great commitment. You are responsible for your own geographic area and have a central role in ensuring lawful case handling and high quality in decisions. You work with, among other things: conducting qualified investigations according to LSS handling cases and making decisions according to delegation following up and reviewing interventions guiding and supporting municipal residents toward appropriate services collaborating with internal and external stakeholders contributing data, statistics, and development in collaboration with our municipalities This is a job for you who wants to work independently and be part of a strong team. Formal Competency Requirements We're looking for you with a degree in social work, social care, or other education/experience that the employer considers equivalent Very good Swedish in speech and writing The position requires a Class B driver's license Digital identification with Bank ID Meritorious Experience with LSS case management or public authority work Knowledge of Procapita/LifeCare Experience with IBIC The Employment Permanent employment at 100% with start date by agreement. The position is filled subject to required decisions being made. The employment may begin with a probationary period. The LSS case manager is currently placed at Support and Function within the Welfare and Labor Market Administration, which is organized directly under the Welfare and Labor Market Board.
