This is a business-focused role where you work at the intersection of business and technology. You help customers identify opportunities, drive change, and ensure that AI initiatives become a natural part of the organization's daily operations. With us, you will, among other things: Identify and prioritize AI opportunities together with the business Lead workshops and needs analyses Map and develop processes Drive change work related to AI initiatives Translate technology into business and commercial value Support organizations in translating AI into concrete working methods We believe you have: Experience in business development and change management Experience in process work and needs analysis Ability to work at the intersection of business and technology Experience leading workshops and facilitating dialogues Good understanding of AI's opportunities and how the technology can create business value It's advantageous if you also have experience with: Power BI Copilot Studio or Azure AI Studio Miro or FigJam Lean-inspired working methods AI tools for analysis and automation The role requires that you can communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, in both speech and writing.
