About the position: The Cardiology and Vascular Clinic in Solna receives patients who need to be examined by physicians, nurses, and nursing assistants specialized in cardiology and vascular care. Our medical units in Solna consist of Cardiology, Vascular Surgery, and Thoracic Surgery. As a Healthcare Administrator, you will be responsible for scheduling, calling in, and care planning our patients in Take Care, as well as handling cases in Tele Q, Always Open, mail management, and various other administrative tasks. You will be employed within the Healthcare Administration Operations area, led by a healthcare administration unit manager who oversees medical secretaries, executive assistants, and administrators within the Cardiology and Vascular Center. This position is a temporary role at approximately 55% with placement in Solna. Working hours are daytime, Monday-Friday. We are looking for someone who: - is confident in your professional role and adapts easily in a changing environment - takes responsibility for your tasks, structures your approach independently, and drives processes forward - remains calm and composed in stressful or pressured situations, maintaining a realistic perspective and focusing on what matters - is calm, attentive, and responsive in your interactions with others, with a genuine interest, willingness, and ability to help others and strive to deliver solutions Qualifications: Requirements: - Training as a healthcare administrator, medical secretary, or physician secretary - At least 2 years of experience working as an administrator in healthcare within the regions - Strong knowledge of both Swedish and English, in both spoken and written form - Basic IT skills Merits: - Training as a nursing assistant - Experience with Take Care About the recruitment process: Selection may take place continuously during the application period.
