Position Description Description of the role as a finance administrator within infrastructure impact management. The Project Handover Section currently manages the organization's flow of projects delivered to operations, from both internal and external parties. The Infrastructure Impact Group handles all work performed by external parties in connection with the organization's properties and facilities where infrastructure or public flows are affected. Your role within the group is to secure the organization's facilities and guarantee continued equivalent operations during ongoing work. Key Responsibilities Handle incoming requests in the functional mailbox. Create projects in the business system and assign sub-project managers and production coordinators to projects. Follow up on ongoing projects via invoice accounting and approval. Re-invoice costs to external clients. Follow up on issued customer invoices, send reminders, and investigate outstanding payments. Maintain ongoing contact with internal production coordinators, case handlers, and business economists, as well as direct contact with external customers. Mandatory Requirements Documented post-secondary education in economics. At least 6 years of experience working with accounts payable and accounts receivable. At least 6 years of experience working with Microsoft Office suite. Desirable Requirements At least 2 years of experience working in a regional/government organization. At least 4 years of experience working in the Agresso/Unit4 system. At least 4 years of experience in administrative assignments such as project management, filing, and ledger management.
