About the role As an Account Manager, you will have overall responsibility for developing and maintaining your customer relationships. You will work both operatively and strategically to increase market share, identify business opportunities, and drive customer projects from start to finish. The role involves responsibility for your own agreements and budget, while ensuring profitability and growth in existing and new business. You are Mattssons' face to the outside world and regularly visit customers, provide technical advice on fasteners, logistics and product solutions, and collaborate with customer support and other internal functions to create the best possible customer experience. You continuously work on updating customer records, forecasts, and market plans and play an important role in the company's ongoing development efforts. The district covers all of Sweden, and the work involves travel and customer visits as well as close collaboration with both internal process and quality functions. Who we are looking for We are looking for you who thrive in a role where long-term relationships, technology, and business come together. You have experience in B2B sales, preferably from industrial, technical, or logistics sectors, and you are driven by understanding customer needs and translating them into well-thought-out and business-oriented solutions. To succeed in the role, we see that you are organized, responsible, and have a natural ability to build trust with your customers. You are curious, engaged, and motivated by working long-term with both relationship building and clear sales targets. The role requires good communication skills in Swedish and English, and it is a merit if you have technical understanding or interest in fasteners, logistics flows, or process industries.
