I am a 38-year-old man seeking personal assistants. I have an intellectual disability and epilepsy and need support from my assistants to function in my daily life. You will help me with all the practical as well as the social aspects of life. It is important that you who work with me are patient and engaged in my needs and activities and that you put me first. For me, trust is very important—it gives me security and the ability to function well. If you have previous experience working with similar diagnoses, that is a merit, but the most important thing is the personal chemistry between us and your willingness to learn and develop in your role together with me. I enjoy doing activities, taking walks, car rides, and I feel good in forests and nature. As my assistant, you will work together with a colleague since I have dual assistance during my waking hours. It is very important to me that you master the Swedish language in speech and writing. If you feel suited for this and are interested, you are welcome to apply for the position. Position types we offer: Full-time Part-time Varying between Day, evening, weekends, including overnight on-call We hire on an ongoing basis and are now building a relatively new work team, so take the chance to be part of it from the start.
