About the Operations Do you want to be part of our Individual and Family Care services? Now you have the opportunity to become our Senior Social Worker for the intake and assessment team within IFO Children and Youth. We are a smaller operation with close collaboration where everyone's expertise is utilized and where a solution-focused and innovative approach characterizes our daily work. IFO Children and Youth includes intake, assessment, placement of children and youth, family law, open care, administration, and open preschool. The operation is organized into three teams. In this position, you will work within the intake and assessment team and have supervisory responsibility for 6-7 employees. Job Responsibilities In your role as Senior Social Worker, you will supervise the intake and assessment team and are expected to be a close and accessible support for employees in daily work. You are responsible for ensuring good quality in case management and that work is conducted in accordance with applicable legislation, regulations, and guidelines. The work includes, among other things, distributing cases, conducting ongoing case reviews, and supporting employees in prioritization and assessments. For more complex or challenging client meetings, you can participate if needed. You also have an important role as a process facilitator between the unit's different operational groups. In your role, you have good access to close management and decision support. Qualifications We are looking for someone who wants to take on a supervisory role in an operation with a focus on quality, collaboration, and development. You have stable professional experience in the children and youth field and a desire to contribute to both employee and organizational development. Requirements for the position: Social Work degree Good knowledge of applicable legislation in the children and youth field Good familiarity with national rules and guidelines that govern social services work Extensive experience working in the children and family field Class B driver's license Meritorious: Experience with management Experience working with the Signs of Safety approach To thrive and succeed in the role, you are a calm and confident person with good self-awareness.
