Learn more about us and our values here: https://aneby.se/jobbahososs About the Role of Senior Social Secretary We are now embarking on exciting work with the new Social Services Act and are seeking an engaged and experienced Senior Social Secretary who wants to help develop our new shared intake function as well as investigation work within social services. Our work is based on a holistic perspective where the individual's needs are understood in context and where the family's collective resources, challenges, and opportunities are utilized. As a Senior Social Secretary, you will play a central role in ensuring legal certainty, quality, and professional conduct in the first contact with social services. You contribute to creating conditions for early intervention and coordinated solutions that strengthen both individuals and families. Your Responsibilities The intake function is an important entry point to social services and is responsible for receiving and assessing incoming applications, reports, and requests. Work is conducted in close collaboration with internal and external actors and is characterized by a solution-focused and accessible approach. As a Senior Social Secretary, you will: - Provide methodological and operational support to social secretaries in daily work. - Guide and advise the intake and investigation team in assessments, prioritizations, and legal application. - Ensure quality and legal certainty in case handling and documentation. - Participate in development work focused on early and coordinated interventions. - Contribute to developing approaches based on the individual's and family's collective needs. - Collaborate with other operations, authorities, and societal actors. - Introduce and support new employees. - Serve as support to the unit manager in operations development and follow-up. Who Are You? To succeed in this assignment, it is important that you: - Hold a degree in social work (socionomexamen). - Have several years of experience in authority work within social services. - Have good knowledge of relevant legislation, especially the Social Services Act and the Administrative Act. - Have experience with qualified assessments involving children, youth, adults, and/or families. - Are confident in your professional role and have good ability to guide and support colleagues. - Have a genuine interest in development and quality work. It is meritorious if you have: - Experience in management or coordinating functions. - Training in supervision, leadership, or methodology development. - Experience working in intake functions or with early interventions.
