We are seeking personal assistants for an 18-year-old man who lives in a house in Torshälla with his family and dog. Currently, shifts are scheduled for afternoons/evenings and nights (including on-call nights) as well as weekends. During summer, around the clock. The client lives an active life and would appreciate someone who enjoys the gym, travel, and has an interest in computers. We are looking for you who are: Self-confident, attentive, punctual, flexible, proactive, and have a genuine interest in your work. The client appreciates assistants who are direct and clear in their communication, both verbally and through body language. Good physical fitness/strength is important as there will be some lifting and transfers involved. The work is based on respect for the individual's self-determination and integrity. Humor, understanding, and taking own initiative are important to the client. Experience with personal assistance and care is a plus, but personal suitability will be weighted most heavily. The client prefers male applicants. You must be a non-smoker. Speak fluent Swedish. Individual salary setting. Monthly or hourly wage. Collective agreement applies.
