The client lives with the very rare diagnosis FOP (Fibrodysplasia Ossificans Progressiva), which means his body needs to be handled with great care in all situations. You need to be his extra arms and legs, with everything from personal hygiene, physical assistance, cooking, cleaning, and other tasks. As an assistant, it is important that you are attentive and have the ability to think ahead – to prevent and avoid risks and thereby contribute to a safe daily life. You should be mature in your approach and confident in handling both simpler and more demanding situations. You will work both in a team and independently. We are looking for someone who is: Confident in yourself, attentive, punctual, flexible, action-oriented, and has a genuine interest in your work. The client appreciates assistants who are direct and clear in their communication, both verbally and through body language. Good physical fitness and strength are important as there are some transfers involved. The work is based on respect for the individual's self-determination and integrity.
