JOB DUTIES Plan, conduct, and evaluate instruction in accordance with the preschool's governing documents and from a Sámi perspective, both individually and in work teams. You actively participate in developing successful learning environments together with others at the preschool. Together with staff, participate in other work at the preschool. As a preschool teacher, you are responsible for pedagogical activities. The children are ages 1-5 years old and they are very active children you will work with, so it is important to be able to work independently. QUALIFICATIONS Preschool teacher degree with valid teacher certification, or other education that the employer deems appropriate. You master Sámi, both orally and in writing. You have a positive view of people and the ability to create good relationships as well as the ability to prevent and resolve conflicts. You are thorough, flexible, and attentive to students' needs and enjoy working with children and young people. Salary form: Monthly salary. Employment form: Permanent employment. Duration: Permanent.
