Zushi, operated by Zvshi2 AB, is a popular restaurant located in the heart of Helsingborg. We specialize in Asian cuisine with a clear focus on Japanese dishes. Our offerings include table service, catering, and take-away, and we are constantly striving to deliver a high-quality dining experience. We are currently in an exciting expansion phase and are therefore looking for two skilled and passionate chefs who want to join our team and help take Zushi to the next level. About the Position As a chef with us, you will play an important role in the kitchen and be responsible for: Preparing and cooking high-quality meals, with a focus on sushi and other Japanese dishes. Planning and developing menus together with the team. Managing the sourcing of ingredients and ensuring they meet the highest quality standards. Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and safety in the kitchen. Ensuring that your work stays within the budget set by the restaurant manager. Contributing creative ideas and suggestions for new and exciting dishes to expand our menu. All of our kitchen staff has Vietnamese as their native language, so knowledge of Vietnamese is a merit. Who We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who has: At least three years of experience working in an Asian restaurant. Solid knowledge of Japanese dishes and their ingredients. The ability to work well under pressure and at a fast pace. A collaborative and positive attitude.
