About the role As an Internal Logistics Worker with us, you play a central role in our production and delivery chain. You are responsible for ensuring that the physical and administrative flow of machines and goods runs smoothly. The role combines forklift operation and machine handling with active warehouse work, where you ensure that our customer orders are handled with the highest quality. You work closely with both mechanics and the planning team to support production, while keeping an eye on deliveries and inventory accuracy. Your main responsibilities: Warehouse Work & Order Handling: Picking and packing items based on placed orders. You ensure that the right goods are packed correctly for safe transport. Transport & Flow: Booking transports and coordinating incoming/outgoing machine flows. You are responsible for ensuring correct transport booking for each specific order. Production Support: Plan workflows to streamline the next step in the process and ensure that mechanics have the right materials on time. Goods Handling: Loading, unloading, and organizing machines and warehouse items with counterbalance forklift and order picker. Quality & Control: Conduct visual inspections, handle returns and inventories to ensure reliable inventory balance. Administration: Digital registration of goods in our logistics systems and responsibility for freight documents and documentation being correct. Who are you? The role also requires that you can handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain structure and focus even at a fast pace. Requirements for the position: Valid forklift certification for counterbalance forklift and order picker. Class B driver's license Experience with practical warehouse work, including picking and packing. Good IT skills and experience working in digital logistics or business systems. Fluent Swedish and good English skills (important for documentation and external contacts). Merits: Previous experience with transport booking and freight documents as well as warehouse management.
