About the Position We are seeking a vocational teacher for the Electrical and Energy Program at Rudbecks Gymnasium in Tidaholm. The position includes teaching in automation technology, programmable control systems, alarm, monitoring and security systems, and CAD. In addition to teaching, industry contacts and workplace-based learning are an integral part of your work. Mentoring and other teaching duties are included in the position. You and your colleagues create a developing learning environment together with the students. Student well-being, safety, and motivation to learn are greatly determined by their relationships with our staff. The Electrical and Energy Program conducts both national and international trips and study visits, which are made possible through external funding. The Electrical and Energy Program is located on Vulcan Island in the middle of town with the Tidan River just outside the windows. Qualifications We are looking for someone who is a certified vocational teacher in the electrical and energy program, and/or has professional experience in automation, programmable systems, and industrial automation. As a person, you are accustomed to working together with others and have a good ability to build trusting relationships with your students. You also place high priority on student participation and influence. Through a positive view of development and change work, you dare to test different solutions with students in focus.
