About the Position We're seeking a vocational instructor for Welding training at KomptensCentrum and a welding instructor for the Industrial Program at Rudbecksgymnasiet in Tidaholm. The position includes instruction in materials technology, welding technology, welding methods, manufacturing documentation, joining, and more. In addition to teaching, employer contacts and workplace-based learning are an integral part of your work, as our programs are apprenticeship-based. Mentorship and other teaching duties are part of the position at the upper secondary school. You and your colleagues create a developmental learning environment together with the students. Student well-being, safety, and desire to learn are largely determined by their relationships with our staff. The Industrial Program conducts both national and international trips and study visits, which are made possible through external funding. Qualifications We're seeking someone who is a certified vocational instructor in welding and/or has professional experience in various areas of welding. As a person, you are accustomed to working with others and have a strong ability to build trusting relationships with your students. You also prioritize student participation and influence on the agenda. Through a positive approach to development and change work, you dare to test different solutions with students in focus.
