We work together in program teams, closely with the principal and various student support services. For the 2026/27 school year, we need to recruit a vocational teacher at 50% for our Sales and Service Program. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a vocational teacher in the Sales and Service Program, you are responsible for planning, implementing, evaluating, and developing instruction in the following subjects: • Trade • Trade and Sustainable Development You are responsible for securing apprenticeship placements and therefore maintain dialogue with external organizations. Your work also includes mentoring responsibilities where you have an overarching role in following your students' knowledge development and study situation. The position we are now seeking is 50% and time-limited for the 2026/27 school year. The team consists of three subject teachers who work closely and well together. QUALIFICATIONS We are primarily seeking someone who is a qualified teacher with teacher certification and has experience teaching trade. Experience and teaching experience in entrepreneurship and Youth Entrepreneurship is an advantage. You have an interest and drive to work with your colleagues to further develop the program and its subject courses toward the future. You should also be keen on creating and maintaining good relationships with employers in the industry. You are a secure and stable person who wants to develop and continuously improve your teaching in an engaged and responsible manner. In your role, you need to be communicative and have a good ability to create a positive learning environment for your students. It is important to us that you have a good sense of humor and enjoy collaborating - it helps us have fun together! A driver's license is a requirement for this position.
