We are seeking a Workshop Technician / Production Specialist About the Role As a Production Specialist, you will work in a team currently consisting of three people in the same role at our Training Center (TC) and be part of the technical department. The technical department supports the Nordic region with technical questions, both internally and externally. Together with other TC staff, you are responsible for practical training of our customers, either at the TC or at the customer's site. The work involves traveling to customers to support them in their production and providing practical training at the TC when new products are launched. When customers build a product for the first time or when customers have production issues, it is often necessary to travel to the customer and provide support. You will also support customers via email and phone when they have practical problems. This means that travel is part of the position, including outside Sweden. At trade fairs and for various types of tests, such as fire tests, the TC is responsible for building product samples, both large and small. During fire tests, the Production Specialist will also install the product at RISE. At the TC, there is a test rig where the Production Specialist can perform water and air tightness tests. In case of complaints, the Production Specialist sometimes travels to investigate the problem. The position also requires the ability to work with our TechDesign software and to create new and adjust processing macros in our CAM software for further distribution to CNC.
