About the Position As an MEP Consultant, you will have freedom and responsibility in driving designs for various types of projects such as hospitals, industrial facilities, schools, offices, and retail stores, etc. Your work tasks include designing MEP solutions and conducting investigations to develop solutions for technical problems. In your role, your work tasks will primarily include: · Design MEP systems. · Prepare system documentation and construction documents, including drawings, technical descriptions, and flow diagrams. · Perform flow, pressure drop, and transmission calculations, etc. · Size and select components. · Ensure coordination with process, control, electrical, and other building disciplines. · Participate in design meetings, technical coordination meetings, and site visits. · Conduct investigations of existing MEP systems. · Perform self-inspections according to company quality procedures. · Ensure that solutions meet applicable laws, standards, and customer requirements. · Deliver documentation according to established schedules and quality systems. Is This You? Education and Experience: · Higher education or vocational training in MEP, energy, installation technology, or equivalent. · At least 1 year of experience in MEP design. · Experience with design in Revit and MagiCAD. · Knowledge of applicable regulations: BBR, AFS, ATEX, Swedish Work Environment Authority regulations, etc. Personal Qualities · Structured, responsible, and solution-oriented. · Good communication skills, both verbal and written. · Collaborative and confident in technical discussions with other disciplines. · Ability to work independently and drive technical matters forward.
