As a student assistant, you have a strong interest in understanding your fellow humans and want to contribute to students' conditions for success in school. Your work will be characterized by clarifying pedagogy, alternative communication strategies, and low-affect interaction. You will be an important part of creating the best conditions for student learning at school. As a student assistant, you will work to help and support students in their schoolwork, both in terms of knowledge and in social contacts in collaboration with classmates and teachers. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with experience working with children/youth; it is advantageous if you have worked with students with NPF (neuropsychiatric disability). We would like to see that you have a basic education as a student assistant. You need to be comfortable working with students in need of special support and be driven to develop students' abilities in a solution-focused way. You have good collaboration skills and are confident in yourself. You are committed to your work and you work with the young people's best interests in focus. As a person, you are not afraid to take initiative while being responsive and responsible towards those you meet in your work.
