JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a team leader at Strömsholm After-School Center, you will be a key person in our team. You are responsible for, together with your colleagues, planning, following up on, and developing the program in line with the school's values and learning plan objectives. The work involves close collaboration with the principal and other team leaders at the school to strengthen cooperation between school and after-school care. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who is a certified teacher in after-school education, enjoys a leadership role, and wants to inspire the team toward shared development. You are driven by creating secure relationships and conditions for learning. You are solution-focused and have the ability to organize and coordinate. Employment Form: Permanent position.
