Regarding the project: The project is a deepening phase in southeastern Scania based on a preliminary study about young adults (16–29 years) who neither work, study, nor receive support (UVAS). Many of them are not in any registers, have lost trust in authorities, or chosen to remain outside for other reasons. The project is led by a project manager and takes place in close collaboration between relevant municipalities, authorities, and organizations. The goal is to create sustainable working methods that can be used even after the project ends so that more young people receive timely support and avoid long-term exclusion. The project is financed and run within the framework of Finsam Southeastern Scania, a coordination form that aims to promote collaboration between the Swedish Social Insurance Agency, the Swedish Public Employment Service, municipalities, and regions to facilitate labor market establishment and prevent exclusion. 1 position(s). RESPONSIBILITIES We are looking for someone who can find, reach, and build trust with young adults who are not always reached through conventional contact methods. This is work for someone who can create contact without bureaucratic weight, stay the course when trust takes time, and work in a practical and relationship-focused manner. Document the work in joint mapping. You will work in a small team. The work is flexible and varied. You meet young people where and when they need you, which sometimes may involve evenings or weekends. Later in the project, you will guide and coordinate young adults (peer supporters) who use their own experiences to reach and support other young people in exclusion. Placement will be in Sjöbo municipality, but work takes place across southeastern Scania. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who: • Has post-secondary education in, for example, behavioral science, social work, pedagogy, or other education deemed equivalent. • Experience working with young adults, such as social work, field work, youth activities, or peer support. • Is confident in yourself and can inspire trust, without pushing for quick results. • Is flexible and structured in working independently and has the ability to motivate and support people in change processes. • Have an interest in method development and documentation. You see the value in systematizing experiences to create sustainable working methods. Meritorious: Local knowledge of southeastern Scania. Class B driver's license. Salary form: Monthly salary. Employment form: Fixed-term employment. Duration: Start: 2026-10-01 by agreement, End: 2028-05-31. Working hours: Daytime.
