JOB RESPONSIBILITIES We are an employer that invests in our employees. With us, you will be an important part of the team and contribute to providing care with quality and consideration. The work involves care and support services as well as delegated health and medical care tasks. During your shift, you are responsible for your own unit but collaborate with colleagues as needed. Since parts of the work are performed independently during the night, you need to feel comfortable working alone. Your tasks include personal care, cleaning, laundry, medication management, and being available to residents as needed. The work also includes participating in workplace meetings and other meetings. You work according to a rotating schedule with shifts in both the somatic unit and the dementia unit. We want our employees to feel good, both at and outside work. Therefore, Ulricehamn Municipality offers, among other things, wellness benefits. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant and holds a Class B driver's license. It is advantageous if you also have training as a mental health nurse and experience with night work. If you have previously worked in service professions or have experience in elderly care, dementia care, or psychiatry, we see that as valuable. You need to feel comfortable working with delegated health and medical care tasks. Many of our employees at Ulricehamn Municipality speak multiple languages, which we see as an asset. For this position, you need to have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, and feel comfortable with documentation and digital work tools. As a person, you are secure, responsible, and able to work independently. You adapt easily to different situations and treat both service users and colleagues with respect and good conduct.
