The one you will join is called Operational Support, whose mission is to deliver professional and coordinated operational support so that other sectors have the best conditions to conduct their core operations. Within Operational Support, you will find Food and Facility Services, the IT Office, and Service and Support (which consists of board services, municipal protection, service center, and public guardianship in collaboration). WORK RESPONSIBILITIES As a server technician, you will have overall responsibility for operations, development, and security of our local AD environment and identity platform. You will work closely with both IT operations, security, and the business to ensure high availability and secure access for users and systems. • Administration and further development of our Active Directory • Management of identities, permissions, and authentication • Operations and maintenance of identity platform and directory services • Work with GPOs, user accounts, and security groups • Troubleshooting and incident management in server and identity areas • Security work related to IAM, MFA, and access management • Documentation and process improvement • Collaboration with other technical teams and vendors • Administration of Microsoft Entra ID/Intune • On-call support QUALIFICATIONS Basic requirements for the position: • IT-oriented upper secondary education or otherwise acquired equivalent knowledge that the employer considers equivalent. • Extensive experience with Microsoft Active Directory • Knowledge of Windows Server and server operations • Experience with identity management/IAM • Strong understanding of IT security and access control • Experience with PowerShell or other automation • Experience with Microsoft Entra ID/Intune • Experience with SQL databases Very good verbal and written skills in Swedish and good skills in English. Personal qualities: • Solution-oriented and analytical • Responsible and meticulous • Communicative and collaborative • Interested in security and modern IT infrastructure • Ability to work in a structured and independent manner Meritorious qualifications: • Broad knowledge and experience with hybrid environments using Azure AD/Microsoft Entra ID. • Knowledge of federation, SSO, and MFA. • Software development in IAM environments for process control and API integrations. • 3 years of experience as an AD and identity manager at a larger organization. • Driver's license category B.
