Description We are now seeking an engaged and driven employee for a temporary position where you will have the opportunity to work strategically and across the municipality on important societal issues. The position is part of the municipality's development work related to implementing the new social services act, with a special focus on preventive measures. You will be part of the Municipal Management Office within the culture and recreation unit. Job Responsibilities In this role you will work across departments to: make an inventory of existing approaches, policies, and governance documents within equality and violence prevention work contribute to the municipality's ongoing development work in this area collaborate with various operations and stakeholders to strengthen preventive efforts Qualifications We are looking for someone with relevant higher education in fields such as public health, behavioral science, psychology, or pedagogy. It is advantageous if you have knowledge within equality, violence prevention, and experience with analytical and strategic work.
