As a nurse at the Health and Care Department at Home Healthcare based in Vittangi, you meet patients in their home environment and are responsible for their care in collaboration with home care staff. Together with home care, physiotherapists, occupational therapists and unit managers, we strive to promote well-being and prevent illness in our patients. Through continuous follow-ups and regular doctor contacts, the district nurse/nurse is responsible for patients' well-being. The work schedule is primarily daytime, with a 40-hour work week and on-call duty every sixth week. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who wants to make the days better for our patients, who is interested in working as part of a team and developing together. At the same time, you are someone who can take a leadership role and remain calm despite unexpected circumstances. Structure and planning ability, combined with good interpersonal skills, are qualifications you possess. We are looking for a licensed nurse; we place great emphasis on personal suitability. It is meritorious if you have district nurse training and/or previous experience in municipal health and care. The position requires a B-level driver's license.
