We are now looking for a CBT therapist or psychologist to join Achima Care Älmhult! About Us Älmhult Health Center is centrally located in a small town with an international character. We have a dedicated team of approximately 50 employees from various professions, where collaboration and good service are an integral part of our daily work. You will have colleagues working in psychosocial care and be part of a team that values quality and development. About the Role As a CBT therapist/psychologist with us, you will work according to our philosophy of integrated behavioral health, which means high accessibility, stepped care, and close collaboration between different professional groups. We offer both in-person and digital appointments and work with iCBT (internet-based cognitive behavioral therapy). In your patient meetings, you may encounter people with, for example: Crisis reactions Anxiety Stress-related complaints Pain and sleep problems Mild to moderate depression We are looking for someone who has a holistic view of people and wants to contribute to early and appropriate care. Who Are You? Licensed psychologist or CBT therapist Self-driven, flexible, and development-oriented High level of commitment and a good team player Experience from primary care is a merit We place great emphasis on personal suitability! About the Position One-year substitute position with start date in August or by agreement. Employment level by agreement, full-time or part-time.
