These are regular housing, special housing, LSS and socio-psychiatric services, HSL and short-term housing, and management support, which organize, among other things, case management units, finance staff, HR, system administrators, and investigators. The Care Administration offers meaningful and significant work. Our goal is that care and support are based on collaboration between the individual, family members, and staff. We are now seeking two substitute unit managers who want to lead and develop our operations during a limited period. As unit manager for the short-term care facility Karl Johan, you will lead and be responsible for both care staff and nurses at the unit. As unit manager for the nursing unit, you will lead and be responsible for nurses within the municipality's health and care facilities as well as service and group homes according to LSS. In both positions, you will have personnel, operational, and work environment responsibilities and work closely with engaged and competent employees who together ensure safe and quality care. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As unit manager, you will have overall responsibility for your unit and actively work to drive and develop methods and operations in close collaboration with managers and employees within the service area. In position 1, you are responsible for the short-term care facility Karl Johan. Here there are 25 employees and 22 places. Through complementary collaboration, you will have a natural working relationship with the unit manager at Rosengården's short-term care unit. In position 2, you are responsible for the nursing unit, nurses within the municipality's health and care facilities, and service and group homes according to LSS. Here there are 22 employees. Through complementary collaboration, you will have a natural working relationship with the manager of home health care. Your responsibilities include: • Responsibility for personnel, work environment, budget, and quality work • Managing both strategic and operational issues within the operations • Leading, strengthening, and motivating employees in daily work • Collaborating with other unit managers and actively contributing to the whole through experience sharing • Participating in follow-up, analysis, and systematic quality work • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you—a relationship-building and confident leader with the courage to make decisions. At the same time, you are unpretentious, responsive, and solution-focused. You have a good ability to build trust and establish sustainable collaborations, even in contexts where multiple operations and perspectives meet. You are a licensed nurse or have other experience that the employer deems equivalent. It is advantageous if you have experience in municipal health and care. The position requires that you thrive in a changing environment with many contact points. You are comfortable in a role where collaboration is crucial, where you are dependent on other operations and at the same time need to be clear in representing your own assignment and your group. You work in a structured and independent manner, and see collaboration as a natural success factor. You have good communication skills in both speech and writing, and can create clarity, engagement, and direction even in complex and changing contexts.
