We are currently seeking a qualified elementary teacher to substitute in grade 4 for one year. The position starts by agreement. Your Profile We are looking for a qualified elementary teacher for grades 4–6. At our school, we have high ambitions for our children's learning and development, and our work is characterized by strong commitment. Therefore, we are looking for someone with great personal dedication. As a visual arts/crafts teacher, you are attentive and want to guide students toward the future. You are also creative, open, organized, and a clear leader. You build good relationships with students and colleagues. Your Assignment We want you to be a clear leader with the student at the center. You are passionate about meeting students in their individual development based on their experiences, prior knowledge, and abilities. Collaboration skills and independence are two additional important qualities, and of course, you enjoy working in a team with great resources and fantastic students. You naturally have that spark! Social interaction between students and between students and adults is important to you. You help create safe environments. You have a genuine interest in our students and take great responsibility in your profession. We value long-term commitment and appreciate experience, creativity, and great dedication. You view collegial learning as an obvious foundation for your entire work approach. You will work in our safety team and help create meaningful mentoring meetings, resolve conflicts, participate in school recess activities, and be part of our student wellness team.
