We are seeking several temporary substitute staff members for the short-term unit Vimarhaga F during the period June 26 - August 31, 2026. Vimarhaga F is a unit with a total of 18 places divided between short-term placements and security placements. For persons with short-term placements, we work with rehabilitation measures to enable the person to return home. At the security placements, the person books themselves in and otherwise receives help from family members at home. Some places are designated for persons with dementia. 2 position(s). WORK DUTIES With us, you will play a central role in our residents' lives, and your work duties will vary depending on each individual's needs. Examples of what you can expect to work with: • Personal care - assist with personal hygiene and dressing/undressing. • Supervision and assistance as needed - provide support in managing various situations, for example during transfers. • Documentation - carefully document the support and care you provide, in accordance with assistance decisions and implementation plans in our Lifecare system. • Emergency response system - quickly respond to acute needs from residents who have activated their alarm. • Rehabilitation measures - to enable the person to return home. • Health and nursing care - perform health and nursing tasks as delegated by the responsible nurse. • Palliative care may occur. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who: • Are 18 years or older • Have education from a Healthcare Program or equivalent education is desirable. • Experience in this field is meritorious. In the selection process, we will place great emphasis on personal qualities and interest in the position. As a person, you are responsible and flexible, you have a service-oriented approach and a positive attitude with respectful conduct. It is important that you can work independently while also having good collaborative skills. The position requires documentation, so you must be comfortable with computers and must have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Working hours vary between day/evening/weekends.
