Grow and develop with us Substitute Teacher Grades 1-3 – Nacterhusskolan Nacterhusskolan in Vega is a relatively new school that opened in fall 2020. By fall, we will have approximately 520 students from preschool through grade 6 and a committed team of 64 employees working together to create a school where students thrive, feel secure, and have good conditions to develop. For the 2026–2027 school year, we are now seeking a mentor for grade 1. We are looking for someone who wants to be part of an operation where relationships, responsibility, and collaboration are important parts of daily life and where we work together to create structure, academic focus, and a positive school environment for both students and adults. With us, there is a strong commitment to the school's mission, but also an understanding that truly excellent operations are built together, step by step. As a relatively new school, we are still developing parts of our operations, which also means opportunities to contribute ideas, experiences, and perspectives. Nacterhusskolan is centrally located in Vega with a commuter train station within a short walk. Our facilities are modern and well-equipped with, among other things, a library, gymnasium, music room, craft workshops, and a teaching kitchen.
