Substitute Position: Social Pedagogue / Treatment Assistant for Residential Support Homes in Social Psychiatry and Addiction Services – Slagsta & Vinsta/Vällingby iBehandling24-7 AB iBehandling24-7 AB is seeking dedicated substitute staff for our residential support homes in Slagsta and Vinsta/Vällingby. We work with adults in the social psychiatry field or with addiction disorders, providing individualized support. About the Position As a substitute with us, you'll work closely with our residents and colleagues. You'll provide structure, security, and guidance in daily life – supporting each individual on their path toward greater independence. The position also includes on-call overnight shifts according to schedule. Your responsibilities will include: Daily support according to service plans Motivational and cognitive-behavioral conversations and recovery-focused work Documentation and collaboration with internal and external partners Responsibility for the residential environment and daily structure Participation in group activities We're looking for someone with: Experience working in social psychiatry and addiction services Qualifications as a social pedagogue, treatment assistant, nursing assistant, or equivalent Strong Swedish language skills, both spoken and written Flexibility, empathy, and a professional approach Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Merits include: Knowledge of MI, ESL, recovery-focused methods Experience with LVM, SoL, or HSL services About the Employment: Employment type: Hourly position as needed Location: Residential support homes primarily in Slagsta and alternatively in Vinsta/Vällingby Work hours: Day shifts, evening shifts, and on-call overnight shifts Application Welcome to send your CV and cover letter to [email protected].
