About the Workplace Klövergården temporary care and housing facility opens in the fall and will be located in Nödinge. Here you'll find 20 residences distributed across two units, focused on dementia care. As an employee at Klövergården, you'll work on both units but have a "home unit." We're now seeking 16 new team members. Responsibilities You'll be part of starting up the operations, which is very exciting. With us, you and your colleagues support older adults so they can live as independently as possible. You need to have a holistic view of people and understand how our approach creates security in an uncertain time, where you become an important person for our older residents. Your responsibilities include supporting older adults so they can live as they wish. You listen to their needs. The content of each workday varies. Your work centers on the older adult, and together with the person you support, you plan the day. Your work includes practical help with personal care, support during meals, assistance with activities, and more. We work with the whole picture around older adults, which is why we collaborate with other professionals such as nurses, physical therapists, and occupational therapists, as well as with relatives and other important people in the older adult's life. Your role includes tasks that give you the opportunity for holistic thinking in both thought and action. We hope you have strong commitment and work well collaboratively, planning and organizing work together with colleagues and your unit manager. This position suits you if you can work irregular hours and want to contribute to meaningful work for people who need support in their daily lives. You have excellent knowledge of social documentation, record-keeping, and creating care plans. Qualifications We're looking for someone with nursing assistant training, motivated by challenges and wanting to develop elderly care. You find working with people stimulating and enjoyable! You have strong Swedish language skills in both speech and writing, and good computer proficiency. Language testing may be used. You'll be part of a team where collaboration is as important as working independently. We're looking for someone with good interpersonal skills and approach. You have the ability to create security and calm even in stressful situations. We see that you take responsibility for contributing to the operation with a positive attitude. We actively work with activities and respect each individual's wishes for how they want to live their life.
