About the Workplace Klövergården's temporary care and housing facility will open in the fall and be located in Nödinge. The facility will include 20 residences across two units, specializing in dementia care. We are now recruiting 4 new night shift staff members. Job Responsibilities You will help establish Klövergården's temporary special housing. With us, you and your colleagues support elderly residents so they can live as independently as possible. You need a holistic view of people and an understanding of how our approach creates security during uncertain times, becoming an important person for our elderly residents. Your responsibilities include supporting the elderly so they can live as they wish. You are attentive to their desires. Your work is based on each resident's wishes and needs. We work holistically with the elderly and therefore collaborate with other professionals such as nurses, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists, as well as with family members and other important people in the resident's life. Your role includes tasks that give you the opportunity to think and act holistically. We hope you have strong commitment and find it easy to collaborate, plan, and organize work with colleagues and unit managers. You have very good knowledge of social documentation, care notes, and care plans. Qualifications We seek you with training as a nursing assistant, motivated by challenges and wanting to develop elderly care. You find working with people stimulating and enjoyable! You master Swedish in speech and writing, have good computer skills. Language testing may be used. You will be part of a team where your collaboration skills are as important as working independently. We seek someone with good communication and approach. You have the ability to create security and calm even in stressful situations. We see that you take responsibility for contributing to the organization with a positive attitude.
